It’s a story of when Korea was a colony at the hand of Japan.
Bridal Mask was a hero, he stole money to give to the people like Robin Hood, punished others in the name of justice like Zorro and was a double agent at times.
It was a very powerful story, I was really scared that the ending was going to be sad.

The fact that the evil people were swearing in every episode that they are going to catch BridalMask was funny, it reminded me of Animes where evil characters spent the rest of the series losing to the good guy.
I’ve never seen a drama where a good guy turn bad and a bad guy turn good this way.
I was happy with Lee Kang-To (Joo Won) development, it was the most realistic turn and his acting was the cherry on top of all the good writing and directing!
I hated Kimura Shunji (Park Ki-Woong) character far too much, which means one thing (Park Ji-Woong) is a good actor!
I was mad at MokDan (Jin Se-Yeon) weakness at times and her wrong decisions while the evil character Kimura Shunji (Park Ki-Woong) was just outsmarting all the characters!
In the end, it was a realistic ending and a well-written story *thumbs up*
